Using Instruction
PX ONE file is used in endodontic treatment to expend the glide path in preparation for rotary or reciprocating NiTi files.
These instruments are to be used only by licensed clinical.
Application sequences
- Prepare straightline access to canal orifice.
- Explore the canal up to a .010 k-file.
- Establish working length with an apex locator, alone or in combination with a radiograph.
- Irrigate
- Use PX ONE in one or more passes until the full working length is reached.
- Irrigate the expanded glide path
- Reconfirm the working length with a .0140 k-file before shaping the canal with a rotary or reciprocating file (such as TF4 Reciprocating File or MTF PLUS GOLD Rotary File.)
